By creating an account or using By Buyer (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By Buyer is a marketplace where buyers post what they want to purchase and sellers submit offers. We facilitate connections; we are not a party to transactions between users unless stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or infringing content. You will not attempt to circumvent the App, scrape data without permission, or use the service for spam or abuse.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the platform.

Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their requests, budgets, and preferences. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers.

Any deal, payment, delivery, or dispute between users is primarily between those users. Use caution and verify details before exchanging money or goods.

The App may introduce fees in the future. We will notify you before any fee applies. Third-party payment processors, if used, are subject to their own terms.

The App, branding, and software are owned by By Buyer or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and operate the service with that content.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that any offer will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Buyer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email.
