Content you provide: purchase requests, offers, messages, budgets, and preferences you post in the App.

Usage data: device type, app interactions, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to create and manage your account, display requests and offers, communicate with you about the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Other users can see information you choose to publish (e.g. requests and offers according to app visibility rules).

We use service providers (such as hosting and authentication) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request account deletion subject to applicable law.

You can update profile information in the App. You can delete your account from Profile; this removes your account data, listings, offers, and messages. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails if we send them. Some data is required to use core features.

The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you access the App from outside your home country, your data may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised date and, when appropriate, notify you in the App.
